The company's sales target can be achieved through ongoing promotional activities. Sales promotion done various media, one of which is social media. Social media currently a profitable means because many people in this era use necessity along with the development information technology. This study aims to determine coffee companies using (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). Makro Coffee Roastery company located Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. processes raw beans into grounds. types sold include arabica, liberica, robusta. Products are form powder.
